We offer a 14-days return policy for unused and undamaged products. If for some reason you have a problem with your product, we will do our best to make you happy and strive to offer you hassle free returns or replacements, whatever the case may be. So, in this kind of unfortunate situation, we'll ask you to send us a picture showing that the product doesn't fit or a picture of the damage (if there is one). We will check this and either send a replacement or help resolve the problem.
